Can I bring my dog to your farm?
We do have three rambunctious, but friendly dogs here on our farm. They will lovingly greet & sniff you when you arrive. It may be best to leave your dog at home or in your car when visiting us.
Do you allow photography?
Yes, we allow photography for personal use. If you post your photos to social media, please acknowledge "Sonrise Flower Farm - Winchester, Virginia."
We also welcome professional photographers to schedule a session for a $25.00 fee. Please contact us to schedule the session.
How does the cut-your-own-flowers work?
WE ARE SORRY BUT WE WILL NOT BE DOING CUT YOUR OWN FLOWERS THIS SEASON.
Can I purchase your flowers for my wedding or special occasion?
We would be glad to negotiate with you for a larger purchase of the available cut flowers at the time of your event.
Do you allow picnics on the farm?
You are welcome to bring your picnic and enjoy it on the farm. Spread a blanket on the small lawn between the flower field and the pond. Sit on one of the many benches around the pond to try to spot the huge goldfish or skittish frogs. We would appreciate it if you deposit all litter into the appropriate receptacle.
Do you have a public restroom on the farm?
We do not have a public restroom. However, we do rent a Johnny Blue Port-a-potty from the middle of May to the middle of August.
Do you rent the farm for special events?
Unfortunately, we are a working farm and do not have the facilities to host events or large gatherings.
