About Us
Situated between the Appalachian and Blue Ridge Mountains, just west of Winchester, Virginia, at the top of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, Sonrise Flower Farm is a small hobby farm growing specialty cut flowers (fresh & dried) and daylilies.
Daylilies are the mainstay of the summer garden. These incredible perennial flowers thrive on neglect and produce numerous showy blooms throughout the summer season. We sell a large assortment of field-grown varieties.
On our farm, we grow specialty cut flowers. Depending upon seasonal conditions, we grow varieties such as tulip, narcissus, peonies, iris, lilies, delphinium, larkspur, lupine, ranunculus, anemone, sunflowers, lisianthus, dahlia, statice, echinops, eryngium, yarrow, allium, and celosia. We do not grow wildflowers for cut bouquets.
